The Madison Range Elk Herd is well known by hunters and nature enthusiasts who are familiar with Southwest Montana. I was lucky enough to see parts of the herd often on my commute to work, but I’ve never seen so many bucks at one time before. It almost seemed like these guys were showing off for me.
